Everyday Kitchen Club
Effective date: October 6, 2026
This website and its reader pages are operated by Everyday Kitchen Club, a small group of independent cookbook authors ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our pages or join the Everyday Kitchen Club reader list, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
We share information only with the companies that help us run these pages and our reader list, and only as needed for them to provide their services:
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. Some of them may process data outside your state or country, including in the European Union.
Our pages and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to make the pages work, remember your preferences and measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work properly without them.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for how to respond to it, our pages do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to delete or correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, reply to any email you receive from us. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
We keep your email address for as long as you remain on our reader list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we remove it, except where we must keep limited records to honor your request or meet legal obligations.
Our pages are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, reply to any of our emails and we will delete it.
We rely on reputable service providers and take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
For any question or request about this policy or your information, reply to any email you receive from us.
